Is this a limitation of the Amazon API?

The TopSeller response group returns 10 items and does not respond to ItemPage.

Is there a way to search for an item without a query by viewing the node and sorting by popularity?

AWS BrowseNodeLookupAPI documentation and TopSellersthe response group indicate that it includes only the top ten and there is no mention of pagination.
