MergeDelayError does not exist in rxjs5, does rxjs5 do something similar?

I came across this method in rxjs4 and it seems quite useful, however I cannot find it anywhere in rxjs5.

Does anyone know if anything in rxjs5 does this kind of behavior? Thank!
