I have successfully created my Android application, but naturally, for IOS for Windows users it is not so simple.
This question was asked many times earlier in many places at different times in different versions, but I am interested to know if there is any relevant information about the problem.

I am using ionic 3 and I would like to create the latest version of IOS, My PC OS is Windows 10. Does Ionic provide any way to make this process easier?
I realized that in the latest iOS, the apple dev account is no longer a requirement for testing. How can I test without it? (maybe this is only possible with MAC?)
