How to deploy the Xamarin Forms app on an iOS device for testing

I am using VS2017 to develop Xamarin form applications. With VS2017, I can use the Android simulator, and I can deploy the xamarin welcome application for my physical Android phone (after making some settings on the Android phone).

Now my problem. How to deploy one Xamarin Forms hello application in VS2017 on my Windows 10 PC on an iOS device? Right now, I have a MacBook Pro and iphone6. I try mac agent, but this is only for iOS simulator.

Please, help. any link or help is greatly appreciated.

Update 1:

The confusing part is the application identifier. Say I created an AppID in the Apple Portal called MySwiftDemo, and on Mac I created a dummy application with the Bundle Id: com.FunProject.MyFirstSwiftDemo, which I used in the AppID required by the Apple Portal and I created the XF application in VS call MyVSFirstApp. and this actual application will be deployed to the iOS device.

1) The application name on Mac and VS does not match. So the initialization file refers to everything with mac, is this ok without the Xamarin application name?

2) If I have another Xamarin application for forms, write My2ndApp to deploy on your iOS device, do I need to create another AppID on the Apple Portal and Bundle ID on the Mac?

thank
