Qt OLEAUT32.DLL, COMDLG32.DLL not registered?

Question

I am developing new software in Qt, but from a few days I get some confusing error messages when I start the project:

After I try to open the XML file with QFileDialog, the following error message appears:

I really don't know how to fix the problem, maybe it exists because of the new Windows10 update?

Both messages will not cause program crashes. The first message appears every time I start the project, the second appears only when I open the XML file, which also makes it impossible to work with the program, because I need to open this XML file. I am sure that the problem is not related to the code problem.

Can anybody help me? I reinstalled Qt, the problem still exists.
