Unable to enter hero using CLI

Question

I am trying to enter the hero on Windows. Using cmd.exe

C:\Users\Komp_1\OneDrive\PHP_projects\chatbot>heroku auth:login
Enter your Heroku credentials:
Email: [e-mail]
Password: **********
Enter your Heroku credentials:
Email: [e-mail]
Password: **********
Enter your Heroku credentials:
Email:

It looks like an endless loop. But when I try to use git - bash for login, than:

$ heroku login
Enter your Heroku credentials:
Email: [e-mail]
 !    Login is currently incompatible with git bash/Cygwin/MinGW

What could be wrong? I can not find a solution.

Well, probably it was a problem from Geroku. Simple steps to restore: 1. Go to the hero 2. Log out 3. Reset password 4. Go to your email address and set up a new password 5. Log in to your little hero :-)

PS. My password was right, and I used it in cmd and heroku. He worked for the hero, but in cmd not :-)
