Download Error: Your APKs on the App Store must contain at least one base APK

Question

I need to prepare alpha testing for the Instant App, and it works like a charm in Android Studio, but it doesn't work when I try to download it to the PlayStore, saying:

loading error

Instant App APKs must contain at least one base APK.

The application structure is performed using three modules:

- base : it contains all the code

- apk : wrapper to get installable apk

- instantApp : wrapper for getting apA app app
