Chrome draw.io plugins

In the draw.io online version , you can enable additional plugins using your url, like this one https://www.draw.io/?p=svgdata( this svgdatais the plugin id)

Is there a way to enable the plugin using a Chrome app ?

No.

The online version Pluginsis listed in the "Advanced" section.

In offline mode, as well as in the Chrome app, you don’t see this option

This means that you cannot add plugins to the standalone version.
