Are there indicators and key lines for Android Wear 2.0 apps?

I'm looking for design recommendations for Android Wear 2.0 apps that contain metrics and key lines: standard fields, paddings, font / icon / button size, etc. In principle, but for viewing applications.

In the official specification, I can only find the font size, but nothing more. Has Google ever published such content? Or maybe someone changed this from the official Google apps?
