How to provide SUMO telemetry data?

I created a SUMO simulation, including a small map of the city and some vehicles moving on this map.

Next, I have an empty Android project with Google Maps installed in it. When you start the application, it simply shows Google Maps focused on this city.

Now I would like to send all the telemetry data of the telescope to my Android application. . What would be the easiest way? I would like to see some floating markers on my map ...

I read that TraCI interacts during the simulation, but I was not able to run it.
