Page Not Working - Laravel

Hi guys, I just migrated my laravel project from my Windows server to my ubuntu server, but when I try to download the application, it says that this page does not work. I would like to ask you about it. thank

Try the following:

• open a terminal.
• go to the project folder.
• run it php artisan serve.
• open your browser and enter 127.0.0.1:8000or localhost:8000.

For me it was a permission issue for the storage directory to
set the permission for the storage directory to 0755 recursively
