ITunes Connect issue for testing provision

We are having problems starting the internal testing of our application. There’s an exclamation mark next to the app’s name in iTunes Connect that says “No match.” When we click "Provide Export Compliance Information", we are given an option. "Have you added or made changes to the encryption features since the last time you submitted this application?" What we do not indicate "No" and click "Start internal testing." From now on we get an error message.

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact us."

Can someone please help me if they solve this problem. Thanks

For internal testing, just add this key to your info.plist file.

<key>ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption</key><false/>

enter image description here

This will disconnect the question from the request in iTunes connect. When you really go to publish your application, you will need to read the laws of compliance to make sure that you do not need to register the use of your encryption.

Another job, instead of choosing No, select Yes.

Select Next, and on another screen you will be asked to use encryption. Choose Nohere and then you can chooseStart Internal Testing
