Unable to use IPA phonemes using Google Home SSML

Question

Alexa has the ability to speak phonetically using IPA phonemes ... example below

<speak>
    You say, <phoneme alphabet="ipa" ph="pɪˈkɑːn">pecan</phoneme>. 
    I say, <phoneme alphabet="ipa" ph="ˈpi.kæn">pecan</phoneme>.
</speak>

I can’t see this support anywhere on Google Home. Does anyone know if this supports Google SSH?
