Copy to output directory in Visual Studio 2017

Hello, I am going through this tutorial here .

I created the Console App project in Visual Studio 2017 and successfully added links to the EmguCV library. However, I am struggling with OpenCv files.

After adding them to the solution, then selecting them and clicking on the properties, there is no “Copy to output directory” option available.

In the properties window, only the Misc section is displayed. How to enable "Copy to output directory" for these files in VS 2017?
