The permission-mappings-config.xml file for the group has the following rules:
<allowed-permissions> <permission>Read</permission> <permission>Create Content</permission> </allowed-permissions>
But users still have the Copy and Publish options when they right-click on the page.
In CrafterCMS, the publication of an action request is automatically provided to all users who do not have permission Publish. There is currently no way to disable this.
