I searched the stack overflow on the Internet and found some problems related to the lack of information in the payment section or when adding transfers or trying to display ratings, but my problem is that it does not work at all after a complete design change in April 2017.
It started on April 28, I could not open the “application details” when I clicked the application in the list or in the “Order Management” section, but the rest worked fine. I contacted Google support and informed them of the problem. They told me to clear the cache and cookies or try with a different browser or in incognito mode. I tried incognito and Edge, and it worked for 2 or 3 hours, after that I started getting the same error using Chrome Incognito or Edge too.
I cleared the cache and cookies, uninstalled Chrome twice, and deleted the history for everyone from history.google.com, but that didn't work.
Also, one of my friends contacted me and he said that he was getting an error from the game console. I told him: I have the same problem.
Since yesterday, I have not had the opportunity to even open the main section, I do not see the list of applications, I see a blank page with a red bar at the top, which you can see in the image. I contacted the support service again, but this time I did not have any answers or suggestions. They said they would study the problem.
I asked them to provide developers with error codes when an error occurs. Even if you do not have an answer to this problem, ask them to provide error codes to us, developers, so as not to sit in the dark. They should also provide an FAQ with error codes to help us. I wasted the whole weekend and May 1 trying to solve this problem and I do not want to delete anything again if this has nothing to do with the problem.
