So far, even if you try to add say, a different view for the existing controller and an existing action, say ManageController.AddPhoneNumberwith an existing view model - AddPhoneNumberViewModel, the same exception will still be thrown, despite the fact that there is already a view for the same action and controller, using the same presentation model.
