Setting TargetServerVersion property for SSIS project until 2014 globally in VS2015

When creating a new SSIS project in VS2015, the default TargetServerVersion is installed by default in SQL Server 2016. I would like to set this in SQL Server 2014 as the (global) default.

Also, when I need to take a quick look at the package and just open the SSIS package, it uses SQL Server 2016 by default, which causes the conversion to start, which I don’t want. I did not find a specific parameter in the parameter settings for business intelligence designers. Any help was appreciated.
