Work with a multichannel conveyor that does not show requests with an open break

Question

I configured the multi-channel pipeline in Jenkins to work with our GitHub repo, which works great by returning the status of checks for a transfer request in our GitHub, so we know if it is well embedded for the branch.

What I don't see are any open-gravity queries listed against the Jenkins quest:

We also have the Blue Ocean plugin installed, and the PR is not displayed there.

Does anyone know why this is so? Am I missing another \ config plugin?
