Firefox horizontal scrollbar not working

I have this problem on Firefox 53.0 (64-bit). Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Bottom borizontal scoolbar

It is only a horizontal scrollbar of BOTTOM. Any other horizontal scrollbar inside web pages works, but not this one.

Does anyone have this problem?

Try one of two things:

  • Try using Shift + Scroll. In most web browsers, using these two commands simultaneously scrolls horizontally through the web page. Be careful, because if you scroll the wrong way or too fast, you can go to the previous web page.
