The position attached to <table> does not work in Firefox and Chrome 58

Question

• Go to http://charliepark.org/css-only-sticky-headers/
• Scroll down until the "First 40 items" table appears.
• Continue to scroll to the end of the page.

In Chrome 57, the table title will depend, but not for Chrome 58. It turns out that it does not stick to Firefox either.
