Visual Studio 2017 - unable to create class diagram from existing code

Question

Ok, so I created a project for the main .NET server, and it has many classes, and I need to create a UML class diagram and look at the Microsoft documentation site (I think this is only for vs2015), it tells me to click on the Architecture menu and click "Add new chart" and it will show me, but I could not find a button or function anywhere.

This function is no longer supported or simply does not add this function, but all forums report this as an error, but there is no work on the forums either.

I am open to suggestions and also have a vs enterprise version
