AWS Cognito SMS Messaging iOS Problem

We are facing some "strong" technical problems with the SMS service in iOS AWS Cognito login. I signed up with my AWS Cognito account information and I ended up below O / P,

But I have not received any sms from aws yet . This happened only today, but yesterday it works great. Is there anything I need to set in my AWS account settings. Does anyone know what the exact limit is for sms. I relate to some tutorials and they ask me to request amazon customer service in order to extend the limit. Anyone got any about this? What is the correct procedure for this? If you know anything, it would be helpful to me. Thank!

Cognito Identity uses AWS SNS to send SMS to your users. SMS sending pricing can be found in AWS Documentation .

You can track SMS delivery by subscribing to Amazon SNS daily usage reports. Every day, when you send at least one SMS, Amazon SNS delivers the usage report as a CSV file to the Amazon S3 bucket that you specify. Details on customization in AWS Documentation .
