Cordoba iOS 10.3.1 splits input file for video

This seems like this much older problem: Entering a multiple-choice HTML file in a UIWebView not working for video

This is not a duplicate: Updating iOS to 10.3.1 breaks the HTML input element

I tested this in my application, which worked, in versions returning for 45 days, it seems that iOS 10.3.1 changed the input file, and now there is a selection of several videos, without the “compression” step that occurred after the selection and before disabling the interface . Tested on iphone 6S.
