Rustup says the https protocol is not supported or disabled in libcurl

Question

I try to use Rustup for a while, and he talks about it when I try to do something about it:

info: caused by: [1] Unsupported protocol (Protocol "https" not supported or disabled in libcurl)

I know cURL supports HTTPS - I just tried using it and it worked fine.

Probably not what you want to hear, but they are known problems at the moment with ARM .

The workaround for me works:

Directly download rustup-init from https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/rustup.rs for your platform.
env RUSTUP_USE_HYPER=1 ./rustup-init

export RUSTUP_USE_HYPER=1 ( , tcsh) rustup script, , .
