HotwordDetector using VoiceInteractionService in android

Question

I am creating a voice recognition service such as “Ok Google” using a special command. For this, I used VoiceInteractionService, and I referenced the code here . Also, I get an error STATE_HARDWARE_UNAVAILABLEin onAvailabilityChanged.
