How to uninstall ClickOnce application?

Question

I searched everywhere for this answer, but all the related questions about SO are very old. This question has been asked since 2009, and the best (and only answer) is 3 steps. Indeed? I mean, is Uninstaller a basic function of every installer?

Why will Microsoft create a feature that basically installs your application without being able to remove it? That doesn't make any sense. Therefore, I really hope that I just could not find it, and there is an easy way to uninstall the ClickOnce application.
