Ant powered by maven-antrun-plugin cannot find Java 9 scripting engine

Question

I have a Maven project using the Ant build file:

The Ant build file uses the script:

It works on Java 8, but on Java 9 (9-ea + 162) it cannot find the script mechanism:

I plugged in a debugger, and I saw that the ScriptEngineManagerone used JavaxScriptRunnerdoes not have any script engines, because the used service loader does not find any implementations ScriptEngineFactory. How can I make the service bootloader work?
