Enable scrolling inside a fragment that uses TabLayout and ViewPager

Question

Hello! I want this view to be scrollable:

As you can see, “TEMP CONTENT” in TAB1 exists only to simulate temporary content that may occur.

Now I want to make the scroll page as a whole. What I managed to do was make the contents of TAB1, so that the contents of the TabLayout scrolls, but that’s not what I want to do. As described, the entire page should be.
