Update Cookies for Sharepoint Authentication Online

So, my application now works with retrieving lists using FedAuth and rtFa cookies (no request digest required). My problem is that I do not know when the cookies will expire and if I need to update them (and how). And is it possible to easily update my cookie values ​​instead of repeating the whole process, or to establish that my authentication will not expire?
