Touch ID does not show StoreKit

I use StoreKit to handle In-App purchases, which works great. My only problem with which I could not find a solution on the Internet:
In other applications, when I try to do IAP, they ask me about Touch ID (so it's not my device that is configured incorrectly or that), while in my application it always asks for a password . How can I get the Touch ID for authentication using iTunes? Thank you in advance!

Ok,
so I'm not sure that this is always the case, but in the AppStore version of my application you can use Touch ID.
Maybe Touch ID is simply not supported during development ... It's still a bit confusing that you have it, you can release your application, not being sure that Touch ID will work: /
