Cannot find class diagram in Visual Studio 2017

Question

I installed Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise on my computer with the installer, and there are some additional options, such as "Class-Diagram". I checked it, but it will not appear in my project templates.

On the left side we cannot find the category "Model project", as in VS 2015
