Conditional formatting based on cell above

Given these cell values ​​in Excel (let's say column A):

420

480
444
445

If the number above is listed below, I want the cell to be highlighted in green. If it remains equal, I want the cell to be highlighted in yellow. If the number above is higher, I want the cell to be highlighted in red. In other words; cells must be formatted (empty), yellow, green, red, green (respectively).

I have a lot of problems with applying / correct conditional formatting correctly. Anyone who can help me? Many thanks!:)
