Post failures when setting up multiple frameworks in VS2017

When setting up multiple frameworks in a Visual Studio 2017 project (netcoreapp1.1; net462)

Every time I try to post a publication with an error:

"The purpose of" Publish "is not supported without specifying the target structure. The current project is aimed at several frameworks, please indicate the structure for the published application."

I have the conditions of my property group in place, but what else do I need to do to "specify the structure for the published application". Did I miss something?

Next - the project is compiled. In addition, it is worth noting that this is a project created in VS 2015 and converted into a VS 2017 project.
