Use the same `.resx` file in an ASP.NET Core and .NET Core console project

Question

I implemented localization in the ASP.NET core according to this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/localization

I have a generic library project ( MyProject.Common) where I store a resource file (since it is used by several ASP.NET Core applications).

So, I have a file .resxunder MyProject.Common\Resources\Localization\SharedResources.sv.resx:

I have a class called Localizerthat I use to translate strings:
