Can I change the certificate of the Android application in the play store

I downloaded about ten apps to the game store from the same account. due to lack of knowledge that I created a separate certificate for the entire application, but now I just want to make it the only certificate and assign different aliases for the entire application. can I change it? if so, what kind of procedure will be.

As I know, you cannot change the certificate until you upload a new new application to the play-store, even if you cannot change it by updating one application.
