Display custom tooltip over column values ​​in crosstab table in Spotfire

When using Spotfire (v7.8.1), how can I display a custom tooltip over crosstab column values?

While it’s possible to configure tooltips for pie charts, I cannot find them to visualize crosstabs. Is there a custom expression that can edit text on a tooltip?
