Spring-Boot and MySql cannot connect

I am trying to connect to mysql database but it is not working. I took the Udema course and followed all the steps, but I always had the same error, then I followed the steps from this and this does not work.

Things I've tried so far:

  • new IDE
  • clean and rebuild the project
  • remove property spring.datasource.driverClassName = com.mysql.jdbc.Driverfromapplication.properties
  • tried to add mysql connector manually


I'm out of ideas.
