Inkscape PDF to SVG text problem

Question

I run this inkscape command on Ubuntu:

inkscape -z -f input.pdf -l output.svg

export this pdf (input.pdf) as SVG (output.svg). The problem seems to be related to the letter case for some text. For example, "SPECIFICATION" in PDF becomes "SpecIfIcatIon" in SVG, "PROFILES" becomes "ProfILeS", etc.

Any ideas why this is happening?

PS I saw the question "Inaccurate PDF for text conversion", but this is not my business, since the text copies when copying.
