Slow build gradle in android

Question

I checked all questions with answers about slow gradle linking. (An example is here , here and ...). Bot build gradle in my project is also slow. sometimes this building takes about 5-8 minutes, I searched on many sites, and now I'm tired.

Build.gradle:

My Anti-Virus is disabled, and offline work is included in the project.

Ram system: 4G

System CPU: 3.10 GH

AndroidStudio 3.0, gradle gradle: 2.2.3 = > gradle: 3.0.0 buildtools buildToolsVersion '25.0.2 '= > buildToolsVersion '26.0.2'
