How to remove an unknown line break (special character) in a text file?

Question

I have a text file that shows the Break line in UltraEdit, if we replace the special character in the text file, it works fine. Unknown line break . I have to change it manually and then process the files.

Please let me know how to remove all occurrences of this character with VB.Net code.

If I replaced ♀ in UltraEdit, it will replace the line break with my desired line. But in my VB line, I cannot use this character or line break.
