How can I find and debug a specific file in IE11 Dev Tools?

I have a file that is part of an old website that I support, what I need to debug is to enter, etc. But I do not see how to do it. The site must be running in IE, in compatibility mode.

When I start the site from VS (2013), right-clicking the http: // localhost / ... element under the solution and selecting "View in Internet Explorer" and then press F12, I see the Debugger tab the file that was configured as the "Default" page (the "main" page that I see after logging in), but I don’t know from there. See how to open another file - the one I need to debug.

There are several files that are apparently available for selection under the folder icon:

... but not the one I need. If I enter my name in the search field, I get: "No results found." This is under the pages folder, but those that are displayed are also displayed. What makes them special? Why can I select these unwanted elements, but cannot select a single page that I care about?
