Show latex table / plate in Jupyter with latex mask

According to this example with a rich display system, a Jupyter laptop can display latex using cell magic %%latex.

An example set using the environment alignworks fine on my system ( Notebook Server 3.2.0-8b0eef4), but when I try to show tabularor table, the result will be just a beautiful set of latex code!

Latex does not work

Is there some kind of preamble that I need to add to make this work?
