How to filter results by the number of related objects in Apache Solr?

Say I have an Apache Solr index, with posts and comments. They are linked via post_id. How can I request MoreLikeThis posts with more than 1 comment?

You must customize apache solr search results or simply write hook / function for search results that will reduce the ranking of the result. Some idea presented here and here
