How to download a folder from iCloud.com

I have many files in the "ABC" folder , which only stores at www.icloud.com .

My question is: how to download all my files from the "ABC" folder?

You must select each file individually and upload them. You can upload several files in one folder, but if you have several subfolders, then this will take some time. You cannot upload folders.

I wonder if there is an application that does all this for you. I would love to use this myself.
