Nvcc warning in cuda 8.0

Question

I get this warning when I try to execute nvcc.

I have a cuda toolket 8.0 I have an Nvidia GTX 480 on my system.

nvcc warning : The 'compute_20', 'sm_20', and 'sm_21' architectures are deprecated, and may be removed in a future release (Use -Wno-deprecated-gpu-targets to suppress warning).

Can someone explain this warning?

These are CUDA development teams (i.e. NVIDIA), letting CUDA developers (i.e. you) know that the computing power of (cc) 2.x will not be supported for much longer.
