How to programmatically enable the autorun option for my application on Lenovo devices?

I need to enable autorun for a Lenovo device if it is not turned on. Settings -> Power Manager -> Background Window Management -> enable my application.

Android provides broadcast BOOT_COMPLETEDto automatically launch applications. But some manufacturers add extra permissions, as you mentioned, to improve performance / battery. Only the user can whitelist your application in this scenario.
