Using amp script on page without amp

Are there any side effects using script amp in standard html5 pages?

My idea is to use an amp-iframe to display some related content, as well as on web pages, not just amp pages.

I tried a month ago. My idea was to use https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0.jsasync to load images for performance.

The same as using a flying carpet and Carousel on my regular site. As a result, the internal validator brings a lot of errors, script breaks, you need a Boilerplate and so on.
