I have two data frames: topic_which is the target data framework and twwhich is the original data framework. topic_- This is a topic in a matrix of words, where each cell preserves the probability of a word occurring in a particular topic. The file structure my topic_ has a size num_topics(i.e. 20) per number_of_unique_words(in frame tw)
