git Bash cmd error is displayed in my terminal when I opened it.

If none of the suggestions in the “ Cygwin / Git cygheap inconsistency detection error is detected ”, a good test is to provide a Git link in a simplified PATH.

set G=c:\path\to\latest\git
set PATH=%G%\bin;%G%\usr\bin;%G%\mingw64\bin
set PATH=%PATH%;C:\windows\system32;C:\windows\System32\Wbem;C:\windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\

Be sure to point to the G' last Git , which you can extract anywhere: PortableGit-2.16.2-64-bit.7z.exeif you are on 64-bit Windows.

Then, in this CMD session, try git bashagain.
